While she is a talented sportswoman, her work as an Fox Sports Journalist is outstanding. The husband of her, well-known golfer Sergio Garcia is what she is most well-known for. Angela Akins Garcia had been unnoticed for a considerable period of time prior to her wedding with Sergio Garcia brought her into the limelight. Because of this that there's not much information about the life of Angela Akins Garcia prior to her wedding. Though it has been established the fact that she was born in 1985, the exact month as well as the day of her birth is not known to the press. Angela Akins Gracia was a child who loved sports and decided to take up golf. After that, she attended several classes on how to play golf and developing the necessary skills to create the perfect swing, yet with a calm and steady technique. As time passed, she was able to master the swing, winning over 8 competitions during her highschool period. As the captain of the Mable Falls high school's golf team, Garcia led her team to third position in the 2003 regional competition and they subsequently came as sixth place in 2006. There is no question that Garcia is an extremely accomplished golfer. She has over 17 medals in her collection on a national scale. In addition she is an eminent member of the Women's Texas Golf Association. Upon graduation from high school Garcia went on to Texas Christain University studied there for a couple of years prior to transferring to the University of Texas. Her arrival to the University exposed her to a more than a competitive environment, which made her abilities stronger as times passed. Angela Akin Garcia chose journalism over golf despite finding pleasure and satisfaction in her role in her playing. When she graduated from university she landed a job as a reporter for Fox Sports Southwest.
